Niko, Belgian company and market leader for switches and home automation, is celebrating its 100th jubilee. That is 100 years of innovation and looking ahead. From the first porcelain switches in 1919 to the smart open system that Niko Home Control is today. 


Pars Pro Toto created the 100 year logo, the overall branding for the festive year and a number of key applications such as the cover of the book '100 years of Niko’. To mark the occasion, Pars Pro Toto also realized an innovative exhibition in Niko's head office.

The 100 year logo is supported by a holografic element. This luminous light effect creates wonder and adds a festive touch.

A piece of high-tech craftsmanship that looks simple, but is never easy to realize. Totally Niko.

The exhibition provides a summary of Niko's history in the spirit of the past 100 years and invites visitors to participate in thinking interactively about the future of living and working. Because as Niko believes: "The best is yet to come.” 


The reflecting modules integrate seamlessly into the company building when the exhibition is not active. The modules arouse curiosity, but only reveal their secret when the visitor is ready. 

The mirrors provide a surprise effect. They become translucent when the visitor interacts with it.

The awakened module reveals a time capsule showing Niko’s highlights in the spirit of that particular era.

The scenography of the mirrors also has a symbolic function: on this milestone in its history, Niko holds up a mirror to himself ... and as a visitor you literally become part of the Niko story.
